This is a rare original Portuguese-registered Citroën AX Sport, registered on July 23, 1989!

This AX Sport was entirely built from scratch with Group A specifications without regard to costs!

Attention, a car that smells of NEW.

This Sport can compete in the 1300 Speed Championship or in Hill Climb events; a highly competitive and high-performance car in its class.

The bodywork was meticulously worked from A to Z with mass distribution to achieve the ideal weight according to the homologation sheet.

It has an approved IntegraSport RollBar (Compliant).

The car features this decal design but the vinyl can be removed; the paint is in Mint condition as can be seen in the attached photos.

The engine was developed and has 135 Hp (with a power graph available for analysis).

The engine is tuned to 1300cc, balanced, with fabulous machining work, equipped with forged pistons, H-beam connecting rods, Weber intake (original Bologna), Group A Camshaft (9000 RPM). (New mechanics with only 2 ramps).

It features a fabulous Crabots gearbox with a studied ratio and locking differential! (I have all the information on the gearbox gear ratios from France).

Reinforced racing transmissions (Both components are almost new with only two ramps).

Front braking is provided by AP Racing 4-piston calipers with ventilated and grooved discs. Rear braking with AP discs and calipers! Ferodo Racing brake pads. Noteworthy is the tuning pedal set with independent pumps and AP braking distribution to all four wheels.

Stainless steel performance escape line.

Suspensions are Bilstein with regular Collovers.

The wheels are original BRAID 15-inch with Michelin S5C+ Slicks. (The car comes with two additional new BRAID wheels of the same type)

Interior-wise, the car features a new, highly comprehensive STACK dashboard that allows for detailed analysis of the mechanics down to the smallest detail.

The dashboard is the original SPORT in excellent condition, which is very rare! It has a simplified and completely new installation.

The Backet Sparco GRID G is homologated until 2028, with the respective Sparco seat belts. It also has a new fire extinguisher and a helmet support. It is equipped with a small Gel battery.

Additionally, it retains the original Citroen bronze-colored windows (Saint Gobain), an exclusive feature of the SPORT models.

It should be noted that the bodywork shows no signs of dents and is in perfect condition. Another important aspect is that the car possesses the Competition Historic Vehicle Certificate FPAK, which permits driving on the road.
